Shipping time
The time needed to receive your products depends on their availability as well as supplier delivery times. The estimates we provide are given in business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) and take as their starting point the date on which your order is validated.
Once posted, your order should reach you within 24 to 96 hours.
Please note:
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, and those paid by cheque are validated once payment is received.
Shipping details
All orders within France are sent via Colissimo Suivi Expert or Sernam. TNT or a similar service is used for all other destinations.
If your parcel is sent by Colissimo and you are not present at the time of delivery, it will be left in the mailbox at the address provided with your order.
If your mailbox is too small, a second attempt to deliver your parcel may be made the following day. If you are away, a notice will be left in your mailbox. You will then have about ten (10) days to collect your parcel at the post office.
If your parcel is sent by Sernam and you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and contact you to set a 2nd delivery time. However, if you are not present the second time, additional fees will be charged for subsequent delivery attempts.
If your parcel is sent via TNT and you are not there to receive it, the carrier will leave a notice with a new delivery time. TNT will make 3 delivery attempts; additional fees will be charged for the 4th attempt.
You may of course contact any of the carriers directly to arrange for a specific delivery time.
It is very important to provide a complete delivery address, as well as the name of a contact person and a phone number to facilitate service.

Shipping charges
Shipping and handling fees depend on the weight, volume and fragility of your order and will be set by your carrier. You will have the chance to review these charges during payment, just before validating your order.
