Sentou

It all starts in the southwest of France when Robert Sentou founded in 1947 the furniture factory "Bois du Perigord. Among the former, he edited the creations of top designers. In 1977, he opened a shop in Paris in which it broadcasts its furniture production.
Between 1991 and 1993, milestones and major meetings Sentou seal history: now the direction of the gallery, Pierre Romanet sign with the Noguchi Foundation in New York, an exclusive distribution and representation of creations "Isamu Noguchi.
On this occasion is held the first exhibition devoted to the collection Sentou Akari, light fixtures created paper sculptures by Noguchi between 1951 and 1988.
