Jetnet Design

Introduced to the furniture show 2000 in Milan ( salone satellite ),
Jetnet Design, editing company of design furniture, is specialized in rotomolding and has been founded by Douglas Mont in june 2000 to produce his first creations like the Galactica chair and also the Lunaar module (or unit). Jetnet Design production has been thought to answer a maximale use of the product. Also, the furniture can be used indoor as well as outdoor. If used indoor, they can be turned easely into a lamp, in the manner of Tom Dixon's Eurolounge production. According to himself, Douglas Mont belongs to the "retrofuturistic" wave, in the tradition of great contemporary designers as Marc Newson.
With a real organic but also anthropomorphic design, Douglas Mont's creations evoke the 60's and 70's.
