02. HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT NOT LISTED ON THE SITE?
We can provide most products from the suppliers listed on our site, but also certain items from brands not yet listed. Contact us by e-mail with details about the product you're looking for, and we will do our best to assist you.
03. HOW DO I SEND A GIFT?
If you wish to send a gift, the Coliseum Shop will take care of everything. When placing your order, please indicate that your purchase is a gift and clearly provide the delivery address. If you’d like to include a personal message, please contact us by e-mail.
04. HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
Our team of customer service representatives will gladly assist you. If you have a complaint about a product or service, please contact us by phone at +33 5 65 75 69 84. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue.

07. HOW DO I USE MY VOUCHER OR MY DISCOUNT CODE?
A list of your vouchers can be found in your customer space. During confirmation of your cart, you will have the option of selecting a voucher to pay for part of your order. Vouchers may only be used once and are valid for a limited time.
Discount codes are entered during order confirmation. Only one code may be used per order (see General Conditions).
