In this year 2019, Forge de Lagiole produces a very limited series of 365 knives in aged bone in the spirit of those imagined by the cutler Henri Pagès from Laguiole in the late nineteenth century.

The original shape of his fly in Four Leaf Clover nickname it as "Knife of Chance" to afford or to offer in exchange for a coin as is the tradition.

Dressed with a bone handle, this knife will take over the years a beautiful amber patina.
